This website is operated by Reality Bazar and provides information about the Vantara Heritage plotted township in Brijghat, Garhmukteshwar, Uttar Pradesh, and helps visitors enquire and arrange site visits. Information on this site does not constitute an offer, contract or legal advice.

We try to keep details accurate, but prices, plot sizes, availability, payment plans, amenities, distances and specifications are indicative and may change without notice. Photographs, renderings, advertisements and layout drawings are for illustration only and may differ from what is finally delivered. Please verify everything in writing with the developer before making any payment.

3. Pricing

The rate “from ₹14,999 per sq. yd.” is the basic starting price. Totals shown for individual plot sizes are approximate calculations. Registration, stamp duty, development, location-premium, club and other charges are additional unless stated otherwise.

4. Approvals and documents

Statements about approvals, CLU, layout sanction, freehold status or registry are based on information provided by the developer. You should independently verify title, approvals and RERA or other registrations applicable to the project, and are encouraged to take legal advice before buying.

5. No guarantee of returns

Real estate values can rise or fall. Nothing on this website is a promise of appreciation, rental income or resale value.

6. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a booking. A booking is made only through written documentation signed with the developer. By submitting your number you agree to be contacted by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry, even if your number is on a Do Not Disturb list.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Intellectual property

Text, images, logos and design on this site belong to Reality Bazar or the respective owners and are protected by law. The Vantara Heritage name and logo belong to their owner.
